Metal Skyler 2023

In 2019, I did an old drawing simply titled "SkylerToons meets Metal Skyler" which I based off of the Dorkly animation related to Metal Sonic, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I never really did another drawing related to this character... until I added him in 2 drawings in 2021 during October, however that was more of a cameo than anything.

So I felt like I wanted to bring this guy back from grave of forgotteness, and give him abit of a 2023 re-draw/design
a model version of me when I was a kid and a model of me now as an adult
and also give him a lil bit of story to him of some sorts. So lets get into some story telling

btw Metal Skyler was created by Anti Skyler




(Metal Skyler Model 1's story)
After losing to Skyler so many times, Anti-Skyler got frustrated until he got an idea from playing Sonic the hedghog (Im trying to be meta with this lol) and so he decided to build a robotic duplicate of Skyler, programed him to have all skills the same as Skyler but better, and program him to try to get rid of Skyler for good.
However when Anti-Skyler intruduced Metal Skyler, lets just say that he had a few bugs in his system. 
In other words, he would get all information completely wrong. 

Sooooo it was pretty obvious that Skyler beat Metal Skyler during the first encounter.
Anti-Skyler took Metal Skyler back to his base and fixed his buggy system so now he gets things correct and he became a real threat after words, actually giving Skyler real challenge.
Metal Skyler pretty much became a recurring bad guy, being Anti-Skyler's henchmen as hes used for recon mission like task where he spies on Skyler, tries to kill skyler when he sees him, or just be a distraction for Skyler to deal with while Anti-Skyler goes in to take whatever he was after to begin with without Skyler stopping him.



One day, Metal Skyler began to start attacking Skyler randomly and constantly everyday for a couple of weeks, making Skyler unable to sleep and keep fighting. This was Anti-Skylers plan, he dosnt want Metal Skyler to fully kill Skyler, he just wants him to keep fighting, until Skyler is so exhausted that he cant fight back or do anything since he's too tired. 
Reason why Anti-Skyler wanted Skyler to be exhausted so that way he can go steal a "nuclear power reactor core" from South Carolina's power plant (within Skyler Chronicles series, it takes place in South Carolina) 
reason why he wanted to steal this "nuclear power reactor core" was so he can use it for his Doomsday device that he plan to use to pretty much destroy the earth.

When Skyler and his friends found out about Anti-Skyler's plan, they try to stop the Doomsday device, but of course Metal Skyler got in the way refusing them to get pass him.
With Skyler too exhausted to fight, and Metal Skyler just being too fast and strong to deal with each of them, they came up with an idea... basically they all charged at Metal Skyler and tackled him down like a football player and while they held him down as long as they could, they tried to figure out what was his weak spot.
SAM used his shape shifting abilities to turn his hand into a drill and use it to open up Metal Skyler's chest, and then Skyler pretty much just started pulling out whatever look important.

After pulling out as much as he could, Metal Skyler finally manage to get Skyler and his friends off of him, and he was about to finish Skyler off once and for all but when he raised his arm to strike Skyler... he stops. and his eyes that are normally red, then turn to blue.
The Thing that Skyler pulled out that looked important was a component in Metal Skyler's system which makes him attack Skyler when see him, since Skyler ripped it out of Metal Skyler, he dosnt want to attack him anymore, and the component is also connected to Metal Skyler's loyalty to Anti-Skyler.
After that... Metal Skyler just left. He never came back as he was no longer bound to Anti-Skyler's orders.

After like 30 or 40 years, Anti-Skyler (now adult) was just exploring the world for once as a vacation, until he found a familiar signature going off on his scanners. However the location of where the signature was coming was at the bottom of the ocean.
a few hours later of searching in a submarine at the bottom of the ocean, Anti-Skyler finally found what the thing was that was on his scanners... it was Metal Skyler
Turns out that for the past 20 or so years, Metal Skyler has been at the bottom of the ocean. How did he get there? Im not gonna explain it here because this is already gotten long.
Anyway, Anti-Skyler took Metal Skyler back to his base as he planed to just use him for some spear parts as he really had no use for him anymore... that is until he found out that Skyler was still alive, now living the family life in New Toons City, and something in Anti-Skyler triggered him and made him take Metal Skyler's parts and started building.
Thus creating... Metal Skyler 2.0

So thats the story-ish that I could come up with  
but I think it turned out good.


the design for Metal Skyler 1.0 was mostly easy, just simply used an old drawing of Kid Skyler and just tried making it look... well robo
However for Metal Skyler 2.0 was not so easy even when I had references to both Me, the old Metal Skyler drawing from 2019, and a lil bit of design from other robots, but I finally manage to get his design finished.
Making him look new enough but still have some similarities to the 2019 drawing of him that I did as you can tell.
So... lets talk about their abilities shall we?


(Metal Skyler 1.0 abilities)
1. He can fly from rockets under his feet
2. He's 5 times stronger than Skyler (kid)
3. He can cut through almost anything with his sharp claws
4. He can scan anything and plan tactical attacks by simply staring at his enemies (aka Skyler)
5. He's able to talk, despite that he doesn't have a mouth


(Metal Skyler 2.0 abilities)
1. Also able to fly from rockets under his feet
2. He's 20 times stronger than Skyler (Adult)
3. He dose have sharp claws but not sharp enough to cut through everything, but instead he now can do THIS www.youtube.com/watch?v=msFKZe…
4. He can make himself sound like ANYONE, just by recording someones voice
5. Able to use camouflage and sneak around without being detected
6. Hack into anyone super computer in the world
7. He also can scan anything and plan tactical attacks by simply staring at his enemies (aka Skyler or others)
8. He also has laser eyes because why not
9. His chest plates can open up and unleash a chest beam similar to Iron Man




So yeah, thats all their abilities (or at least all the abilities that I can think off lol)
the drawing took me all night and day to do, so I do hope u all like the drawing and maybe like the story too
