Loonatic Team poster redraw

that was the date of when I did an old drawing that I later soon posted the year after that.
and that old drawing was a poster drawing that I titled "Loonatic Team" Skylertoos Loonatic Team Poster by skylertoons on DeviantArt based on the 2016 Suicide Squad movie.

Back then when I did this old drawing, I was a fan of the Suicide Squad movie so much that I wanted to make my OWN Suicide Squad but with some of my own villains.
and as u all can tell from the original drawing, I did it all on MS Paint, but still looks good lol

Now the reason why I decided to do a re-draw of this drawing was because I recently have been just watching some videos related to Suicide Squad related stuff.
Such as watching some of the songs from the movies such as "Heaven", "Sucker for pain", "Gansta" and my most fav song "Rain" 
some of the movie trailers and some trailers related to a new video game still in development from Rocksteady studio.

The game that I'm talking about is of course... NOT Gotham Knight lol

I'm talking about "Suicide Squad KILLS the justice league"... that title... is AWSOME! and I am very excited for the game to come out. But... the game is only gonna be on next gen consoles! why is this game gonna be only on next gen? its not fair! lol






Anyway, since I've been getting back into Suicide Squad related stuff, and since the original Loonatic Team poster was made back in 2017, I thought it was time that I give it abit of a re-draw.
So I resized the drawing from (600 x 889) to (1200 x 1778) and made a few different layers. the first layer was used to make a rough draft of how everyone will look in the drawing and once the rough draft part was done, I began to fill them up with different colors for each character in the drawing.



speaking of characters, lets list them out shall we?
1. Anti-Teaya (Anti-Skyler's GF, and she is supposed to be like the Harley Quinn in this team way before SWS was ever created)

2. Anti-Skyler (he's not part of the time)

3. RagDoll (a woman who was possessed and then turned into a human doll)

4. RazerBlade (a guy from scotland who uses- you guessed it, Razerblades lol)

5. Storm (a guy who is able to use the elements of the weather at will)

6. Doomsday (he's the fishy guy in the drawing)

7. Deadeye (a clone of Skyler created my Ms. Z and was trained to be one of the members of the team)

8. Chip Flag Redfeild

9. Scary Carrie (I just made up her name, but basically Shes supposed to be the enchantress of this team)






So yeah, that's all the characters in the drawing
and honestly, I think I made them look ALOT better than I did back in 2017. Like I decided to change some of their designs to match with other drawings that I did with them, So like Ragdolls (and Storms) face in the drawing is based off of this drawing Loonatic Team wallpaper 1 by skylertoons on DeviantArt, while RazerBlades design was based on this one Razer Blade, Zomben, Gas-Bang, and The Invisible d by skylertoons on DeviantArt
and the rest of the characters, I just managed to make them look alot better and perfectly shaped than the original.

and backing the background was pretty easy too, just used a few airbrushes with some different colors in order to give it that feel to it.
the trickiest character to do has to be "Anti-Teaya" due to her using up to 3 layers to make her perfect.
1 layer to do the head and its outlines, another layer below that to give her heart eye color, and then a 3 layer over them in order to do her red and purples hair color, so yeah alot of layers lol



thats pretty much all I have to say about the drawing, it took me a day to do, and I'm glad that I did do it.
I do hope that u all enjoyed it and let me know if u want to see more suicide squad or Loonitaic Team in the future or something in the comments.

However, I do have to say something. It's nothing too serious, so please don't worry.
This drawing will be my last drawing for the time being as I have decided to take a lil break from DA for a while and maybe taking a break from drawing for a while.
 

I'm just taking a lil break so please don't be upset, I'm not gonna be gone forever, i will at least post a update statues or 2 and I will leave a few comments on your guy's stuff if I can.
I don't know when I will be back but I'm sure you'll find out once I post another drawing or something somewhere in the future.
