That's the name of a new command line utility for glitching animated gifs I'm working on. Right now its functionality is quite low, but it's still capable of producing neat results.
If you want to try it out, you can download the source code from my github and build it yourself, or download the already built version from google drive, unless you're on linux or mac, since it's only for windows.

So, a couple of months ago I created myself a community on vkontakte(aka vk.com), which is Russia's most popular social network. Stuff I post there is pretty much the same, that I post on DA, but there's also some WIPs and strange experiments as well as procedurally generated images.
