GARLIC BREAD

I am working on development of the second chapter right now, which is kind of different from the other chapters because it focuses on Anna pretty exclusively and the other characters don’t show up much. Erik and Bethany show up a couple of times and I think Jeordie is only on like, one page. SO I’m trying to come up with character designs for a bunch of characters that haven’t really appeared before. I have trouble drawing and designing characters without knowing the context in which they are being drawn, so I pulled up the script and sketched the characters saying some of their lines. New characters include Sara, Erica and Brittany, Anna’s teen girl squad of orchestra friends; Greg, Anna’s mom’s “friend”; Kierie, Anna’s half sister, who appeared in CT but whose design I just finalized; Megan and Dwayne, two of Kierie’s friends who hang out at her house all the time; and Red and Ant, two low-class Jean-Ralphios who are cousins with the same name. Also Frank, who I redesigned again. I have just given up on trying to recapture the vibe of the dog Frank design because I don’t think its even really possible. I think he shaves his head into his signature mohawk halfway through the chapter.
