Description
Notes: In the early years of the 40's, the Todliche-Class was not as powerful, nor reliable as the current warships were. The commissioner hired, Naval Architect, Jean-Philippe Leblanc to modernize the vessel to "today's" standards. Leblanc did so, and in May of 1941, he presented this design. The Commissioner accepted it and now all Todliche-Class vessels are to be updated. Though, the only vessel to be updated with this refit was the KM. Todliche.
