Beautiful use of colour, the way you've used certain shades from the sky as the shadowed parts of the brickwork really bring the whole piece together :D very powerful piece

Your gallery has a consistent quality. If I spot a piece outside of your gallery, I am almost certain I can tell it is yours =) I like the look on the face of your subject here. For me, definitely this piece is the best in your gallery.

Is this in acrylic again?
It looks almost like it could be oils, guess it's just the application of it...
Very nice again!
I really love the sky in this one :)

I love this. The composition, the colors, the style, the subject. I love how it has such balance, the colors in the sky you also used in everything else. +fav!

First off, I must say your skin-tones are spot-on! The composition is interesting, and your use of light has an excellent sense of balance. Perhaps a tiny bit of blue should be added to the figure, even just as a lighting accent, to draw the whole thing together a bit more.

Thanks! There is a wash of blue over much of the figure. It's semitransparent so it's just a bit of a tint. Cool skin tones tend to imply a five oclock shadow so I didn't want to make it too cool. :)

This is a wonderful composition. I love your use of color; you did a wonderful job of creating unity with the repitition of purples, oranges, and yellows, and the variation of size really gives this a strong sense of depth. The perspective is amazing, and I like how the man is looking into the picture - It helps pulls the viewers' eyes all around to appreciate each aspect of the painting.

The anatomy is amazing, as well as the skintones, and I love the soft, sketchy texture that's prevelant through out the piece. Everything seems to flow together very well - The foremost figure really looks like he's a part of this environment, which makes it even better. You did a wonderful job on this piece - Keep it up! :)

I love how the reds and the purples sort of work their way into everything. Again, I love your background scenes, this one reminds me of MC Escher!
