I've been worked on this on and off for a week or so. I liked it, hated it, now like it again - took a week away from it so I could look at it with fresh eyes. I tried really hard to make it cute! Her dress is based on a super cute 1950s prom dress I saw on pinterest, I did it no justice though, it's way cuter in real life and had awesome embroidery on the skirt.

Nico-chan wishes you a Happy Valentine's Day!

her eyes and the microphone are the main things contributing for her to be soooooo cute.
since she is also anime-like, you can exaggerate her waist a little and make it smaller without any loss on anatomy.
also the position of her right arm against the microphone support bar makes it look bigger than it actually is, which is easily solved if you tilt her elbow up a tad. if you tilt it out too much she wont look shy anymore though, so careful.

and if you feel like working in a little more to take it to the next level, add a little lineart thickness variation. if you are still unsure how to do it, think of it like thicker lines on the shadow side, thinner lines on the light side. its a good way to start. just that bit of variation can push this over the fence by making it look professional.
