wow that something i never expirences before

this was on my old laptop whitch i not using i was transfering some filel to my new computer an turned it on and has what looks lik screen burning i don't know if thats what it is but it weird cause it been off for a month i dont know what could have caused that like i said i don't reall use it that often any more exept to get some files saved on there and it does really bother me that much but intristing
