yea i have a new laptop and setting things up and finiy got mmd to work and when i ran pmx editor this error came up and pmx editor does seem to work perfectly so yea i was trying to find this dll or figringig how to fix it yea so if you know where to find this dll or have any idea what this is let me know

if you downloaded pmxeditor on that pc from the internet, you have to unlock the file first before extracting the content



right click on the file and select properties in the window check the unlock box and accept, now extract the content and try again
