Welcome to my world! I’m Sjofnart, a Franco-Montreal illustrator and graphic artist.

Since 2015, I’ve been developing my project ERO/POP/ART as a celebration of femininity, sensuality, passion, and seduction. My work is bold, vibrant, and uncensored, offering contemporary, fantasized visions of classic vintage pin-ups, while remaining open and accessible to all genders and sensibilities.

My visual language blends comics and pop aesthetics with a strong underground spirit deeply rooted in erotic imagery. I draw inspiration from artists such as Roberto “Magnus” Raviola, Coop, Toshio Saeki, and Rockin’ Jelly Bean, while staying firmly connected to contemporary visual culture.

The female figures I portray, urban goddesses, interstellar heroines, and hybrid creatures, are powerful, self-aware, and radiant in their unapologetic nudity. They embody pleasure, confidence, and a strong sense of personal empowerment.

Through illustrations born of pleasure, passion, and a gentle defiance toward a world I often find too prudish, I pay tribute to the long tradition of erotic art while adding my own distinctive voice.

The pseudonym Sjofnart is both a playful challenge and a statement. Unusual, hard to pronounce, and memorable, except perhaps for those with Viking roots, it reflects my desire to stand apart. It also pays homage to Sjöfn, the Nordic goddess of love, passion, and desire, a symbolic figure that resonates deeply with the themes explored in my work.
