Huevember 2022, Day 29: Domination Magister

This Imperator is a Domination Magister, a type of Imperator unique to different world in Creation called Dionyl. There is very little canonically described or explained about the two Imperial factions native to Dionyl, but I wanted to play around with designing some for the final two pieces in this series.
