Description
This Imperator is a Domination Magister, a type of Imperator unique to different world in Creation called Dionyl. There is very little canonically described or explained about the two Imperial factions native to Dionyl, but I wanted to play around with designing some for the final two pieces in this series.
If you are running a game of Nobilis (or related games) you may use this character (as well as the others in this series) in your game for non-commercial purposes.
