Huevember 2022, Day 26: Rule Magister

The next Imperator is a Rule Magister!

I wanted to add a somewhat natural element to imply the whole “some things we consider natural may actually have been created by humans or are the byproduct of human experience” thing, but I think it ended up implying that one of his Estates is Limewire.
