Description
Ink and design marker on 4x6 inch card
The other week I went to a workshop on postcard and trading cards. It was predominantly watercolor and other media but it got me inspired to do some like these. I've done quite a few over the last few weeks which is why I haven't been on DA as much.
I'm looking at these as more like prototypes for screen printed works in the near future.
Just before I did these I was working on a set of alphabet cards so there's a bit of carry-over in the lines and design elements here with these.

So these are super cool. They almost look like something from the Native Americans in the Pacific Northwest. But, pardon my ignorance...what do you do with them? Are these things you trade with other artists? Or do you get them printed and sell them as postcards (like that you would send through the mail)? Or make playing cards out of them?
