Description
Hi there! So here's my first tutorial ^^ It's the method I'm currently using for my underwater backgrounds (Steps 2 and 3 are used by me so oftenly!). It's pretty basic, with only 9 steps (8 if you don't consider opening sai as one XD). Please tell me if there are any spelling/grammar mistakes
If you have any questions, feel free to ask
The tools I used here were pretty much the pen tool and the blur tool only. ( Blur tool <3 What would I do if you didn't exist? TvT ) And yes, I pick my blue shades randomly everytime. That way they hardly ever will look the same.
I might do a Photoshop Version of it too. The Photoshop underwater bg is still the same as before so it's not even close to this one. It looks worser e-e I haven't used Photoshop much since I started using Sai so there wasn't much of a progress on that...OTL
Well, I hope you find it useful
Please let me know if you use this in one of your drawings. I'd love to see it ^^
