Cas coughed as dust from the attic billowed in on her from the attic boxes. Half of this stuff wasn’t even here or her mother’s but her grandparents’ stuff.  As she called, she turned, trying to clear her throat. Her gaze drifted to the old cracked mirror her best friend Gale had found—one of those old-fashioned full-back ones that was super elaborate around the mirror. Now it was dirty and dusty, just like her t-shirt and jeans. She wiped sweat off her brow as she sat down on one of the many old boxes.
