Your resources are amazing! Thanks so much for these :)

Just because you're such a great coder, I was wondering whether you know the coding for when you hover over a box to change the opacity? Like if the box is normally very light, you put your mouse over it to make it more solid. As strange as it sounds, no matter how I've worded it on google or here on dA, I can't figure it out! >////<

Hi, You seem like the person to ask this, because I can't seem to find the answers I am looking for!

I want to create custom scroll boxes with image headers overlaying them which would be static (in place)
Now normally (in regular coding) one would use z-index and position: fixed
Is this even possible?

Also, can external css be applied to profile widgets?

To create those custom scroll boxes, you'd have to use CSS, which can only be used in the Featured Deviation widget. There's unfortunately no way to use custom CSS for any of the other profile widgets. :hmm:

Thanks, that helps a bunch! So can I add more than one featured deviation in such a widget?

There's a limit of 350px, so you can do anything as long as it doesn't go taller than that.

Thanks for the info. Haha, this is new to me, having to code around deviantart's restrictions. I am quite used to regular coding and external sheets, so being put in a box like this is definitely a character builder :D

Hello! I was wondering if it is possible to put a background on a different widget (ex. Featured Deviation).

You can, but the background will cover the regular content. So, all you'll be able to do with it is treat it like a normal custom box widget. :)

Is there a way to make the background behind the regular content?

Nope. It's been tried over and over again, but it doesn't work. :/
