Hello everyone! Thank you for joining this group friends :hug: As you can see it's a new group and everything is empty for now while I build it and populate it :lmao: But I want to start us off with the first art contest. So here it is: ~*~The Tones of Winter~*~ It's currently winter in some parts of the world (sorry not you, Australia) and one challenging art technique is painting winter scenes because of the absence of colors. It's mainly just white, hues of blue, and shades of grey. But when you are able to master the technique of working with blue hues and shades of grey, you can make some very beautiful winter scenes. So the contest is to make an artwork depicting any winter scene without any people or objects in the background. Just snow in whatever way you want to show it. Snow mountains? A snowman? A frozen lake in the middle of a snow storm? A blizzard over a forest? The work will be judged according to how well you use the technique of using blue hues, shades of grey
