unfortunately i only read berserk, still waiting for a good anime ver!
Then it seems you're in for a bit of waiting: The one with Hirasawa *was* the good version.
Fortunately it seems you're already doing something more people should be doing when the wait for new stuff that meets the mark becomes an annoyance - making your own which does.
