The Ostrich Rider

In very far future, during a post-apocalyptic era, the world is near frozen, and only a few cities remain. The main means of transportation in the frozen deserts are a new species of ostriches that have evolved to survive in the cold harsh weather. Farmed and tamed, these ostriches are rather fragile, but invaluable as horses were in the olden days. With high stability, agility and the speed and acceleration higher than a horse, these creatures are the only choice for anyone who doesn't want to die in the cold.
