Visit to the Pridelands [KH Short story pt1]

Short story/fanfic I came up with.

Three rarher strange looking lions walked near the boarder of pridelands and the outlands. "So this is the Pridelands?" Riku asks. "Yep and we should be close to the priderock and Simba!" Sora awnsered in excitement. "Was Simba one of those whose spirit was in your summoning charm?" Kairi asked. "Yeah, Simba's heart was strong enough to survive when this world fell to the darkness..." Sora explained.

"So, what's Simba doing these days?" Kairi asked.

"Well, he must be busy with all kingly responsibilities," Sora guessed. "Wait? He's the king of this place?" Riku stops. "Well yeah, you aren't only one who gets to be friends with kings, you know," Sora teases. "Huh? Oh you mean Mickey. Sometimes I forget he IS a king," Riku leans to Sora and smiles. "Just like you forget that Kairi is a princess," he smirks.

"What? I didn't forget... again," Sora yells. The trio starts laughing.

Soon their laughter was interrupted by a loud yell. "Hey! I told you outsiders to stay out of the Pridelands!"

The trio looked up to see group of young animals standing on a ledge. "Yeah! Get lost, or we are gonna kick your sorry butts!" yelled Bunga, the honeybadger.

"Place isn't as wellcoming has I imagined," Kairi wishpered. "These your friends too?" Riku asked. "I've never seen these guys before," Sora said quietly. "Hey! Who do you think you are, telling us where to go?" Riku steps out. "Well, the lion guard," Fuli the cheetah awnsered with a scof. "Weirdest group of lions I've ever seen," Riku wishpered sarcasticly.

"I'm warning you, get back on your exile," Kion the only actual lion of the group said. "Do they think we are the bad guys?" Kairi wondered. "Or maybe THEY ARE the bad guys," Sora said worried. "Hey, whay have you done to Simba?" he cried.

"What?" Kion asked in confusion and jumps down the ledge, closer to the trio. Rest of the group followed. Sora, Riku and Kairi stood their ground.

"How do you know my dad?" Kion asked. "Dad?" Riku asked surprises. "I met him a while ago. We helped each other," Sora explained. "Are you his son?" he then asked. Kion eyed the trio. "I have never seen you before. Where are you from?" Kion asked. "Heh... Kinda far, like really far," Sora laughed akwardly. "Well, if you really are his friends-" Kion starts but gets interrupted.

"Seriously? You're gonna take the word from THOSE WEIRDOS?" Fuli questions. Riku and Kairi look at each other, they didn't look exactly normal. "Maybe we can trust them! They seem nice," Besthe the hippo said with a smile. "Right. Besides if they turn out to be liars, I'm sure we can handle them," Kion said confidently.

Kion looked at Sora and smiled. "We can take you to the king, but remember, if you cause any trouble, you will awnser to us," Kion warned. "Sure," Riku said with a hint of disbelief. "We will behave," Kairi smiled. "Let's go see Simba!" Sora yelled in excitement. "Okay then, follow us," Kion said and started leading the group trough the savannah.
