Due to the increased interest in my plush and soft sculpture work I have created a pricing guide and TOS.

Before requesting a commission please read the guidelines below. By doing so you are acknowledging you are over the age of 18 and have the authority to conduct business online. References and Designing:
I require color references for all work. Static front, back and side views are best. Dynamic photos are workable, but may result in inaccuracies due to incomplete views. Please make sure that these are current and as accurate as possible. I do not take responsibility for inaccurate characters due to incomplete reference materials.
Pattern design usually takes about a month to complete, I have to make the new pattern several times to ensure that it will look correct. Plushes made from existing patterns will be able to skip this phase.
Fabric will be purchased once the pattern design is complete. Custom colors can be dyed with the understanding that dying minky fabric is a fickle process and the end color may not be exact. Pains will be taken to get the colors as accurate as possible. Fur can not be dyed and is limited to the existing colors available for purchase.
Custom designs generally take 2-3 months to complete. More complex designs take longer than simple ones. I tend to send a lot of in-progress shots and post a lot of them to my twitter @merihsaan. If you do not want me to post the WIP photos, please tell me.
[u]What will I make?[/u][/b]
My plush commissions right now are limited to 4-legged creatures. I do not work with anthros, humanoids or any derivative thereof. I also do not make plushes with an SPH, so please do not ask. I do not touch anything Disney, or Disney owned. I have no desire to go head to head with them in court over copyright.
[b][u]Payments, cancellations and Refunds:[/u][/b]
For any custom work there is a minimum materials + 20% downpayment that is non-refundable. This is to cover any materials purchased and used to complete the project along with covering time spent designing a pattern and cutting it out.
Paypal invoices will be sent for all commission requests.
Payment plans are acceptable for soft sculptures over $400. A paypal invoice will be sent with the total amount. Please be aware though that no work will be done to cut/sew until the payment is received in full.
No refunds will be given on custom plushes once the order has started being sewn.
Shipping will be refunded in full if the order is cancelled.
Items will be shipped US Priority mail unless otherwise indicated, with insurance for items over $100 in value. Tracking numbers will be provided.
Any and all information collected will be used exclusively to complete business transactions such as name, address and payment information. Information will only be shared with the necessary parties to process payments and ship items. Permission will be requested before sending marketing solicitations or any other use other than the guidelines outlined above. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this.
