21 yards hoop wire. 20+ yards fabric. 1/4 lbs. turkey pointers, 1/2 lbs. turkey rounds, 1/10 lbs. turkey flats. Feathers hand dyes. Please see my other picts for further details on specific sections.
This costume took the better part of six months to make and managed to survive in perfect condition through and entire day at a heavily crowded convention, twice.

She's the closest I'll get to making a Disney princess costume but no. She is an actual minor boss character from the first disc of FF9
