He remembered Professor Gerald saying he very well could die with the overload of power it would cause in combination with his Doom Powers. Still, if he had no other way, the ebony hedgehog wasn’t afraid to try it. Eclipse was cutting loose this time, no remorse lost on his “brother” any longer. He planted Shadow in the rock walls multiple times, but Shadow would always recover and retaliate. Eclipse’s barrier was far less reliable than in their first fight, as Shadow would almost always break through it, and then land several blows on the Darkling. Growing increasingly livid, Eclipse allowed Shadow to hit him with one punch so he could hold the hedgehog for a moment. The Darkling then struck his chest so hard the impact blasted Shadow
