Royal Sketchbook: Nightmare Night

Queen of the night looks gorgeous as ever, half grin half smirk showing deadly fangs and split tongue go very well with the eyes that pierce the victim with their beauty and coldness. Armour design is great, very much of it resembles the original however little things make all the difference. Like the collar of the breastpiece, additional clamps around the hooves and waist, Luna's crown melted into the helmet, ring on the horn, piercing in the ear and all those wonderfully dangling and clinging chains. True nightmare unleashed ready to feast as she unfolds her demon wings of doom.
Twilight and Starlight complete the scene with their will conquered and crushed. Expressions of mindless obedience painted on their faces as their limbs follow every wish of their mistress. Twi's numb wings only underline her total collapse to the will of Equestria's true queen. Spike in full zombie mode shows that no one is safe, and the weaker you are the more willing to follow you'll become.

Technique is extrardinary, the brush strokes, the shading and highlights, the aura and foggy night sky. Excellent work.
