You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get Core Membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get Core Membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I wonder if the art of drawing should be defined under some strict rules or not. This question could also be asked about Art. The point is that I draw because I’ve done it since childhood and I’ve always liked it. I draw not precisely thinking of creating art but because there is a special and uninterested joy in it, it is more similar to the way I know I should eat to feed my body, so I draw as a natural need. A need that doesn’t make of me an amazing artist but that pushes me up to imagine, to represent, to emulate, to think of how I could catch some of the beauty that appears in front of me, but not also the beauty, as a little child I didn’t think of big aesthetic concepts, I just wanted to draw what called my attention or what I considered amazing or just the world around. Even as an adult I can say that some of this still persists: the world of what we admire, love, enjoy, expect, dream, comes to our imagination and becomes the raw material for what later will be called artwork.
[This is part of the first chapter of my book. It is a book mostly of images but I decided to tell some honest feelings and experiences related to the drawings and reasons of this book . Thanks to my friend Ana Maria for the corrections on this chapter ]
