Bookplate I designed for my home library. All the books are stolen from the Miskatonic University Library.
The PDF download has text fields for the name, so if any one wants to use it they can customize it for themselves. Have fun.
EDIT: on the advice of my husband I created a second pdf with eight bookplates and added it to the zip with the original that only has four to a page
