❖ All payment should be in RUB (Russian ruble). Via paypal.
  (If customer are buying a commission with a currency that is not RUB , customer to convert the currency (automatically via the system paypal). 

❖ All payment should be made through invoice method. Artist will invoice customer. The customer has no the right to send any payment on their own without an invoice, in this case, the payment will be refunded and the contract terminated.

 ❖  Customer in the preparation of the order must provide the following information:

1) Full name (REAL name - this is for Paypal so artist can keep track of who is sending what and that it's done legally).
2) Customer current username on the website you contacted artist on/from.
3) Any other information you would like artist to know about customer commission (this includes an example of the design(ref sheet) of customer character, the color palette and etc.)

❖ Customer can pay within 30 days. However, artist will only show customer the fully finished piece when have received the payment.

❖ If the сustomer wants to cancel the commission, a full refund can be made only if the commission hasn't progressed past sketching phase(Sketch phase involves a less than 20 percent of the work performed (black and white sketch,lineart or a complete lack of work started). After that only a partial refund can be made.
If the commission has progressed and no payment has been done and the customer wants to cancel the commission, they will still have to pay for the work that has been done. 
❖ In case of cancellation the artist has to return (part or full amount received by payment, depending on the individual case) the resulting payment within 30 days (only if payment has been received by the artist in full amount  )

❖ Once the work is completed artist cannot refund payment.
❖ Failing to pay for a commission will make сustomer lose the right to commission artist again.

❖ The artist has the right do a discount to large orders or regular customers.

❖ The artist has the right to change the price.
❖ The artist  won't accept points as a payment. Point commissions are currently closed.

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion. 

❖Artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission as long as the money has not been paid.
❖Artist reserves the right to change any information on their website without any warning (already paid commissions are not affected).
❖Artist reserves the right to put a watermark on every commission which must not be removed by the commissioner.
❖Artist reserves the right to publish the finished commission for their own advertising on websites like DeviantART.com, furaffinity.net and etc.
❖Artist will not support and accept any sexual activity, obscure fetishes, nudity(chest area is fine) 
❖Artist will not support and accept violence/gore commission requests.
❖Artist will not support and accept religious and political,racist, hate or insulting imagery commission requests.

❖ The customer may upload the work done for /to customer site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of artist galleries. Once a piece is commissioned, customer may use it for any personal use that customer please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display. 
❖The customer may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up. You may not use it for any external projects, (non-commercial unless) agreed upon.

❖The customer CAN NOT commercial use (reproduction such as prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc.)
