Overview: a large futuristic domed city in a atomic wasteland, flying cars and robots live here
Abilities
-time portal: set far into the future, there’s a time portal to allow travel back in time with no hope of return
-atomic wasteland: the lands outside the floating domed city, are a atomic ruined civilization filled with mutants, dangerous beasts, salvage and radiation
-security robots: various different security robots roam the city to keep the city quarantined and secure, safe from mutation
-generators: the atomic generators that power the floating city and time portals are slowly failing and when they do, the city will fall and the shattering of the time portal will damage time forever in the past, present and future
