Well, good news!  I was able to get an update to Corel Painter Essentials that, along with updated Wacom drivers, allow me to use it properly in Windows 7 now!  Hopefully I'll start getting back into the swing of drawing, after nearly a year.  I'm excited.

Ya, I never use this journal.  But, I figured I might as well since I'm poking around here anyway.  Updates... well, I upgraded my laptop, which I use for drawing, to Windows 7.  Now, this operating system is pretty awesome, but unfortunately, my drawing program of choice (Corel Painter 4 Essentials), and the only one I own, is incompatible with Windows 7.  I've done all I can, but have relinquished this fight.  I've downloaded Photoshop and given it a shot but it just doesn't seem to interface with my Wacom tablet screen (tablet PC) as well as Corel did.  So, I'll be looking to upgrade, or at least for a compatibility patch.  Until then, you
