I think he's not his usual bubbly self because I drew him noseless >_o Gyaaahhh I <3 noseless chibis *3*
And now for some technical stuff:
Leland is my character so he's (c) me!
However, since he's a fan character I'll give all credit to Square Enix for making FFXII and Akihiko Yoshida for giving me inspiration
This was drawn on the Ghost Revolution oekaki board (the scribble board too, no less) [link] which is run by ~GyuuMooMinxy
