As someone who has given themselves fully to AI, I can understand how you feel. But the only comfort I can give is that AI is a useful tool to help an artist, but it cannot replace them, AI doesn't have imagination, an artist still has to come up with the ideas and write them out in the prompt. You'll never get quality images by writing a single short sentence, you have to convert your vision into words that are detailed and precise and unique to you, the AI simply manifests those words into a visual. Before AI I was limited to what I could make, so I see it as a better way to bring my ideas to life in leu of having steady hands to draw it myself, or a fully equipped studio with teams of effects people and actors.
Having solid Start and end frames are your best friend, Trust me on this. I fyou can make your own using Daz then AI can fill in the gap in between.
Me personally, I use the least expensive 5s renders to get my frames to use for reference and then put them in when I want to try to make longer 15s and 30s videos. You still have to kind of go through a laborious process to get the frames you want, but once you have them, you can put them back into the AI and it will greatly reduce the margin for error.
