HL2 EP2 fan art - Abandoned by ShotgunDude HL2 EP2 fan art - Abandoned by ShotgunDude
Like I said, I would make more Half-Life 2 fan art. I was just busy with other things and I still need more practice, drawing Gordon Freeman, Alyx Vance, and most of the other characters. But I was able to think of another way to make Half-Life 2 fan art with just vehicles and scenery, and I really like how it turned out. The muscle car from Half-Life 2: Episode Two has always been one my favorite vehicles in the entire Half-Life franchise. Like all my previous hand-drawn artwork I submitted, I drew and colored this for days in school. Sorry if I got some of the scenery wrong, and sorry that I made the grille a bit too round on the muscle car. But I want to know what your thoughts are. :)

This is based off of the level from Half-Life 2: Episode Two, where Gordon Freeman, Alyx Vance, and one of the Vortigaunts travel to a bridge full of totaled automobiles to find an old beat-up muscle car (most likely a 1969 Dodge Charger) that still works, so they can get to their destination much more quickly and easily. In order to access the car, Gordon has to travel down stairs, jump down broken elevators, use a forklift to lift him to high shelves, and jump over toxic waste, while fighting zombies along the way, while Alyx waits in the building to help Gordon, by sniping the zombies. Right after Gordon finally reaches the car on the other side of the bridge and starts it up, the bridge begins to collapse, but he manages to make the car go fast enough to jump the gap and land on the other end of the bridge. But Gordon has to get out of the car and use his Gravity Gun to move most of the totaled cars to the other end of what's left of the bridge to weigh it down, like a seesaw, so he can drive the muscle car off of the bridge and onto the road, where Alyx and the Vortigaunt wait for him. After doing so, Alyx and the Vortigaunt notice the car only has 2 seats. The Vortigaunt lets Alyx get in the car and leave with Gordon, due to Alyx's father, Eli, needing her.
