COMMISSION INFORMATION

• I work a full time job so my artwork is done during my off days and after work if I have enough time.

• Sometimes my off days can change and my time can change. Artwork will be done in a timely manner so long as nothing comes up that is an emergency.

• If something prevents me from finishing a commission on the given timeframe I provide you after order, I will let you know asap!

• Artwork is completed in the order they are paid for and in the order comms are taken. If you paid first, your comm will be completed first before the next and so on.

• Depending on the complexity of the piece, a commission can take me anywhere from 1-3 days to a week or two.

  • PLEASE KEEP IN MIND! If I have a list of commissions that are five long and you're at the bottom, the previous commissions will be completed first! So the 1-3 days or week or two for your commission starts when I start the commission you purchased!

• I am happy to provide wips/progress images at your request. Just ask!

• I do NOT offer refunds on commissions once I start them. No exceptions.

WHEN PURCHASING

• Please include a description as well as any links you have for setting, time of day, elements you want to be included, etc

• If you have specific trees, flowers, items, buildings, plants, bodies of water, etc you're wanting, please let me know!

  • Also include anything you DO NOT want to be included.

• Give me as much information as you can! This will ensure I get this background as close to what you're wanting as I can!

• If this is a suprise custom order, let me know that too! Let me know likes and dislikes and I can go from there <3

WHEN ADDING ITEMS:

• Please ensure that you are adding all add-ons needed for what you are asking for in the description of your order. If something is missing, I will decline it.

• If you are wanting multiple versions of the background, please let me know that as well!

• I will try and include as many add-on selections as I possibly can! Please include ALL that you want so that it can be added and calculated up at the end.

• I am taking USD & dA points at this time. Both are options for purchasing.

My Process

1.Conceptualizing – After reviewing your requirements I will begin conceptualizing your Original.

2.Sketch – I'll create a colored concept sketch for your approval.

3.Painting – Once approved, I'll complete the final illustration while sharing progress updates if requested.

4.Delivery – Receive the finished artwork, source files, and high-resolution exports after final approval as an exclusive on DeviantArt.

Each exclusive will be uniquely designed based on your ideas, themes, or prompts. You can choose details such as species, color palettes, aesthetics, personality vibes, place, or any specific traits you'd like included.

This package can be a full art piece or 1 page of a mini-comic. With a maximum of up to 15 panels

Turnaround Time:

• I usually take 1 week or more to finish a Full art piece. Please note that if I have other pending commissions, yours might take a little longer. The time limit will depend on the complexity of the piece.

• The buyer must provide detailed information and references for the characters.

• Alternatively, you may grant the artist full creative freedom.

• Original Characters (OCs) are preferred to avoid copyright issues.

To make it simple, I world recommend the following:

• 4K, 8K for High-end PC monitor, TV screen or small frame print.

• 16K for wall print

  • 300 DPI: This is the standard for high-quality printing, especially for images viewed up close, frame size (129.9 x 73.1 cm)

  • 150 DPI: This is generally sufficient for large wall art viewed from a distance, frame size (260 cm x 146 cm)
