Heyyyy! I was your table partner. = v = Sorry that you guys had such a bad experience (so did I, but I don't have anything to compare to so I'm not as angry). I remember that you guys weren't feeling well and had to leave early on Friday. ><;;; Hope you guys are feeling better.

Oh hey! How are you? glad to find you!

Honestly, my friend, Aubree and I didn't have near as bad an experience as many others. While we did not have te best weekend, it was not until we got home, and saw the way some members of the staff were treating the artists, that we became upset :( We heard many stories far worse then ours, and we're just trying to speak for anyone who will let us. All we want right now is an acknowledgement and an apology...which we had from one of the second-teir staff members, before her post was deleted without her knowledge.

I met some great people at the con, we enjoyed your table-ninja-ness, and we're wanting to try again at another con. We're just disappointed with the way some members of staff have resorted to belittle, blaming us artists, and even insulting people by name.

I'm not bad. ^^ Just preparing for midterms~ Haha. And you?

Ahhh, I see. I wasn't even aware how poorly they treated the artists. :( I feel so bad being oblivious. u_u I actually downloaded and read the entire 30+ pages of posts that Aki-con deleted. It was ridiculous, especially the head -- his whole mannerism was so unprofessional! I think people need certain qualifications to even start something like this. :/ Not to mention, it took 20 whole pages to even warrant an apology from (not the head himself) a volunteer. That's messed up.

Yea. It was my first time at an AA, but overall, I liked the whole process with consumers passing by and talking to you about things. It was fun! So I'm definitely not going to be deterred by Aki-con's mistakes. (: I do hope to find you at future cons as well! ^^

Ah. Threatening to punch an artist in the face. And I'm going back to that Con... why? As an artist myself... I think I'll pass. I've better places to be, I'm pretty certain, than at a Con run by a person who thinks it's fine to threaten and bully the artists that draw me to a Con to begin with.

Had to look her up on Google.
So she's Aki-cons's coordinator? Was she referring to you, or someone else complaining about Aki-con?

Regardless, I took a read through of the feedback thread on the AC site that you linked to the other day. You guys seem to have not only numbers on your side, but hard evidence. (EX: The photos of the leak buckets and the artist alley being in the parking garage.)

I honestly don't see what's keeping you guys from filing a lawsuit.

We don't know who she was talking about specifically. And mostly? Money. WE're poor artists. I do know of one woman who's contacted an attorney though

I really hope she's able to go through with it, then.
The staff seems to be really in-denial about the whole thing.
