VD-AT: Instant Love Caused By Cupid Hearts

As i do every year, i always draw a little something for 's yearly Valentine's Day Art Exchange (or art trade, if you will). And for this year, this is something that i've discussed with both my DA bro and my good friend in one of our chats, in terms of having the Neo Damsels' main leader and resident Arcade Queen (or arcade/game store owner, if you will) Cindy McQuaid and the professional ninja kunoichi warrior (and somewhat good friend to Shogoku) Xara Hanzo fall in love with each other.

For some time now, since having adopted Ray (and Diego), Cindy has been eyeing this ninja warrior, who also happens to be Ray's personal bodyguard of sorts, to somehow be her new loving girlfriend, although neither of them had made a move on each other, not to mention that Xara never experienced anything about love before, due to her taking her job quite seriously. Cindy knew that Xara would only be there to protect her son Ray, though she kinda wished that Xara herself would be doing a bit more than just be a bodyguard of sorts... and that Courtney would tease Cindy about having Xara as her lover there, but Xara herself would be clueless about the whole thing.

Anyway, this year, i'm finally pulling the trigger on putting the two of them in a loving couple relationship. And what better way to do that than to... well, i was gonna say have Aphrodite shoot some love arrows on Cindy and Xara. But much to Aphrodite's chagrin, however, enter some Cupid Hearts that came from out of nowhere (that Martina Valentina, the Cupid Administrator tried to stop, but was too late to do so) and as Cindy (who brought his adopted son Ray with her) and Xara were discussing with each other, the Cupid Hearts struck both ladies, right in their butts, making the two of them finally fall in love with each other. Ray, of course, was a bit confused at first, but he somehow figured out that he and Diego would now have TWO adoptive mothers instead of just having Cindy being the adoptive mother there.

Martina, of course, noticed that while she was too late once again to stop some Cupid Hearts, due to her job as being the Cupid Administrator and such, she somehow knew that the two ladies would make a fine couple and make great adoptive parents to Ray and Diego, so it's all good. Instant love at its finest, folks.

Also, Poliahu obviously chuckled (or laughed, if you will) at Aphrodite's latest failure to spread love, while Pele... well, she just observed the situation taking place. Oh well, Aphrodite, better luck next time there. And Jeff, Red and Jay, i hope you guys will love seeing this artwork that i've promised for Valentine's Day... that i posted a little earlier than planned, though due to me being a bit sick at the moment (but i'm somehow getting better... hopefully), i decided to bring it you all to see.
