Can't fly yet by Shizuko-Akatsuki Can't fly yet by Shizuko-Akatsuki

Figure out that the background represents this girl's inner world and feelings. A destroyed and abandonned city. Yeah, that's how she feels : destroyed and abandonned.
Yet, over this dark place, she can see a warmer and brighter sky. Her dream is to leave this ruined and lonely world for a more hopeful one.
The wings on her back represents her inner potential. Courage, determination, willpower.. a lot of skills that would make her fly away from suffering and reach for her dreams. Unfortunately, there are restrained by chains, representing her own fears, dreads and doubts : taking over her wings depriving her from the freedom she wishes for;

For how long were her wings chained ? She probably even forgot how to fly.

Part 1 :
Part 2 :

Fourth and last part incoming ! ;)

Enjoy~ !

You probably made it before I'm free, right?
You're good at choosing backgrounds, either abstract and concrete. That destoyed houses fit the piece. But shading and anatomy of girls body is weird. Her back look just flat. But it's mostly because you didn't want to express nudity on a screen, right?

Yes, this was before "Not a Slave" ;)
Thank you, I kinda struggled with the background on this piece so it makes me happy to see that you like it ^^~
Hmm, it's not about not wanting to show nudity on screen, I'm just not good enough yet at anatomy. But I'll do my best to improve :D

Thank you for the support~♥
