Awesome! How did you do the crown and sleeve topper things? Because they are epic and I think whatever you used would be awesome for some sailor moon things. lol
I used craft foam. They are coated with thick layer of elmers glue and spray painted with gold metallic paint.

Although i cant say much about the cosplay, the dress looks beautiful, the picture is really good, it has a great angle, the lighting is good, the girl in sharp while the background is blurred out nicely, but the guy is still recognizable.
