I created an account on here in 2012. I had a dream of becoming a game developer, and I had plans to have a web comic as well. I never felt I had the talent needed for 'good' art, even though I had the creativity and vision for it (as my old stuff on here will show)
The advances in AI technology have bridged that gap. I've glommed onto MidJourney and have reignited the creative artistic spark I had set aside as a fantasy.
Many in the art community are deriding AI generated art, and are afraid of how it will hurt artists - however I see it as an opportunity to expand the depths of what we can do as artists, and to bridge the skill gap - while at the same time expanding creativity, not limiting it.

Hello Deviant world!I created this account a year ago but never did anything with it. I went to make an account here to upload my art portfolio to show around, and lo! I already had an account. I must have created it when browsing the site a long time ago.I am the sole proprietor of Aquamentos Games, a company I officially started about a year ago and am now doing something with.
