Aww, that's awesome! It's such a crazy show!

Yeah, my summer is so open now, since I also decided not to do AnimeNext, which was a regular con for me (the experience there gets worse every year!). It's weird! Hopefully we'll have better luck next year. I did get an email about being waitlisted though, finally. 

Yeah, I'm still hoping someone will be able to take pity on me, but it's not looking good! I'm sad to not go too, since I always have a lot of fun at Otakon, but I guess it will be good to have time to just focus and make amazing things for Dollism. Sad you won't be there! There's still a lot of time, so maybe someone will change their mind for you, too. 

It was posted on the Otakon forums, but I found out through friends and an artist alley Facebook group. I know a few people who got in, but none that have a small enough display that I can impose on them, haha. 

They've sent out all the replies already. The first wave went out the weekend after the form opened up and they've done a second wave (which was only I think about 39 tables; it was just tables that weren't paid for in the first wave) and a third wave (even less) since then. I don't think they send out rejections, so if you haven't heard anything, it's safe to assume you are waitlisted. I did hear people were having problems with the emails going into spam folders though, so make sure you check.
