I like this, quite a bit. Her face seems stoic, and relentless, but with a hint of compassion for those who have fallen.
The bold lines are impressive, especially around the cheek and chin area, and it helps to (in my opinion) emphasize the inhuman look about her. ( i think she looks somewhat godlike.)
I love the overall shadowing and two toned color of the skin as well, and the way you drew and colored the eyes, especially the eyelashes.
One question though, is there any significance to the swirly blue/purple 'makeup' (for lack of a better term) near the corner of her eyes? Or is it simply there for aesthetics.
