Yes, tonight, I have finally finished my new vampire story, Hector's origin story, which I named "The Heart of a Vampire." I worked on writing it for about 4 nights after work, after three months of planning and designing. I've uploaded it onto Facebook, in the Notes application, publishing it about 16-20 minutes ago. However, it's late on a school night, so I have to wait until tomorrow for feedback on it. Since I'm not tired enough to go to bed myself yet, and have nothing major to do to kill some time, I figured I could upload it into deviantART tonight, despite considering just waiting until tomorrow (figuring I had already done enough for one night).

I still haven't quite decided if I should turn my dA Journal into my story journal, but what seems to be bringing me back here is wanting to know if any of my stuff has comments on them. Sadly, nothing in my Gallery has comments yet. I'm thinking I should be patient, like I was with the trivia quiz I made in a trivia site (I forget what it's called now) over "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?". Also, it seems my journalling in both my dA Journal and my Idea Journal on my flash drive is getting slower. I'm letting the entries in both get to a month apart, but I'm trying to be better with this.

6-30-2009 Story Uploaded, Now what?

Last night I finally uploaded my vampire story "Hector's House" into my dA gallery. While I await comments on it and my other works, I find myself wondering what to upload next. I know that I have a Pichu drawing that I need to scan for best quality for upload, then to upload it, but I don't know what else to upload. I've also considered turning this journal into the internet counterpart of my Idea Journal for the origin story of my vampire character Hector. Perhaps this will prevent me from becoming too inactive on dA while I think of more things to upload.

Thanks to the one I know as Anton, and his tip to make the avatar from a screenie to make it the size requirement, I was able to upload my avatar. The next step now is to keep uploading stuff. I was thinking of throwing in some of my nature photography in my gallery too.
