Android 18, Lazuli when she was Human, is a character in the Dragon Ball manga, and the anime series Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. She is Dr. Gero's eighteenth android creation, designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku. While her interests do not initially deviate from this expectation, Android 18's curiosity to activate Android 16, in spite of Gero's orders not to do so, leads Android 17 to take it upon himself to murder Gero. Android 18 later becomes the wife of Krillin and the mother of their only daughter, Marron. She also unofficially joins the Z Fighters. Although she does not take part in any of the battles against Majin Buu, she fights along with the Z Fighters againstBeerus in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and helps fight against Super 17 in Dragon Ball GT.
Sailor Uranus is one of the four Outer Senshi of the Solar System, and was the seventh Sailor Senshi to be introduced in the anime. Her civilian identity is Haruka Tenou. Her attacks are based around the sky, precognition, and powers granted by her Space Sword. This is the first animated depiction of the original manga character.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactJust stealing another DA artist's work to improve yours (dbcproject.deviantart.com/art/…. Not very original. I could accept you could copy an original image to improve it or make your own with the same pose, I assume that as legit, but you can't just cut and paste another people work (you didn't even change the colors).
Originality: 0, you didn't draw the head by yourself, youd didn't even copied it, just cut the image to paste it over your work. The background and the fonts look cool.
Technique: 0, copy/pasting another's work is not too hard.
Impact: Well, I could give you a 5 stars... it's very impactating to see how other people copy/paste your work... you didn't even copy an image, just cut it and pasted it over yours.
Please, be fair with your Deviantart mates... we are not professional.

Dragon Ball Project bring low quality cards and promo images to high quality, as I do too. They dont create this Android 18 image, and I get he original on the internet.
I have 2 ou 3 years of Deviant, 448 deviantions, 1700 watchers and posts to dont steal other artists arts, and you think I'll copy/paste a friend artist work ? You know what are you saying ?
OBVIOUSLY I didnt change colors. This is original colors of the character.
To Naruto arts, I use meshugene89's colors, or another Naruto artist colors, to make then all the original creator's style.
Just to you understand you vector artists works: we get low quality images on the internet and vectorize it in ultra-high quality. We can use only one image, or some images from cards, scans, anime printscreens, etc....To keep the original anime creator style (akira, masashi, etc...) we use the same colors of the episodes or of the other Deviant artist high quality vector.
To this image, I use Android 18 card + improvisation to right-side hair, Dragon Ball Project Android 18 colors + Sailor Uranus scan + Sailor Uranus scan colors with ajustments.
Before critique someone work, understand how it is done.

Yeah I know they didn't create the image, but renderized and improved the original... so can you show the original image? I think you used the DBCProject image, not the original, that's all.

Yeah, I already say that. I look for the most high quality image and do the lineart all together. That include 18's head and Uranus body.
Then you used another DA user work to do yours... and get money/points for it. I don't think that's fair.
They didnt pay me for Android's head, and yes for the crossover.
