Tzolk'in: Calendarul Maiaș inspired costume(I made two of them, actually). One of the head pieces was made since spring with the rest of the male costume and we just made one head piece left and two of each for the costumes.
Commission for Lex Hobby Store
Model: Virginia.
Photos by: Gabi (better half)
Edit by: myself (Livia)

The fabric parts are orange lycra and a rather thick veil, both airbrushed with green fabric paint, stencils made out of thick sheets of flexible plastic.
All the "hard" parts are craft foam or yoga mats, painted with acrylic paints with the airbrush mostly and a bit of dry brushing.
I made all the foam parts and fabric parts, Gabi (same better half) did all the painting, I actually think he spent more time working on this than I did.

What's missing from the photo: two craft foam bracelets and lycra strips for the arms and legs (I remembered I had to put those on only after we finished the shoot) and a staff, which was not ready at the moment of the shoot.

This is the cover of the board game box: www.boardgamequest.com/wp-cont…
Initially I made that costume, but I had a request for two female versions (preferably sexy) for booth babes.
