TF - Coronach and Steelheart Valentine's WIP 3 by Shinjuchan TF - Coronach and Steelheart Valentine's WIP 3 by Shinjuchan
Inking in progress using my particular favorite of choice --Copic multiliners in black.

Some more of my work in progress on what will be my offering for Valentine’s Day. Decepticon herak, Coronach taking his femme, Steelheart (from the G1 Metatisic saga) for a soar amidst the flights of vector hawks quickly climbing. Heraks are described as first generation proto-type seekers, being the first of their kind to feature alt-modes of flight 14 million years ago prior to the first great wars.

Nope, your vision is not impaired. Steelheart is indeed an Autobot and Coronach is very much a Decepticon. Theirs is a quickly evident (aside from deeply moving) unique relationship throughout the Metatisic story. One that’s been very popular w/ its readers from the start.

Cretacolor graphite pencils., 2016

And if I've built this fortress around your heart
Encircled you in trenches and barbed wire
Then let me build a bridge
For I cannot fill the chasm
And let me set the battlements on fire

... You talented woman  They look beautiful already! Great inks

Do you like to draw in blue pencil? :) I've never found a decent one, and crayons are not cool to draw (cleaning up isn't easy).

You could really kinda throw the answer up in the air on this one because it’s really such a matter of taste. You’ll probably get 100 artists giving entirely different recommendations *lol* I’ll just share w/ you what I, myself, use. I prefer the Prismacolor Turquoise 2mm colored non-photo blue lead. You should NOT confuse this w/ the ‘Prismacolor scholar’ version. The ‘scholar’ version are the student grade edition of the Prismacolor brand and really just suck in my opinion. Like the Col-erase edition, the lead is so hard that it sketches far too light. You’d probably get carpal tunnel first.

Thanks for the suggestion! :) I can't find an Italian shop that sells them and shipping costs on eBay are madness for now, but I'll see if I can get my hands on those pencils sooner or later. Ironically, I found plenty of Col-erase pencils. LOL

The Col-Erase are terrible. I strongly suggest saving your money.

I will. I'm not comfortable with hard leads.

Very nice, skilled as always.
I bet these two characters have a solid relationship.
