I'm from the UK and enjoy all sorts of digital art: fractals, 3D, vectors/vexels, fantasy, science fiction, photomanipulations and so on.
I have a particular interest in desktop wallpapers, which is not how I started, exactly, but it's how I came online with my pictures and to learn new skills. I have a small cache of wallpapers on Caedes.net (under the name Tootles). If I could change that name, I would, but it's too late now!
At home I have two cats and a huge collection of bears. My latest hobby is Racing Frogs... I got up early this morning just in case I could buy a trap upgrade before the dragonflies of the day started coming in!
Perhaps that's also why I like it on dA... the madness, community and colourful dragonflies... though it can be overwhelming at times.

Just to let everyone know I haven't abandoned this account, and still look in to see your notifications. A few days ago I changed my homepage feature… on a whim I chose one of my entries to the Fella Valentine contest, even though the template isn't mine; just the colours. Makes a change.
When I get time I might put up a wallpaper or two here. Seeing those same old 'newest deviations' every time I log in is beginning to grate on me, LOL.
Meanwhile, I'm still contributing to my Caedes account (username Tootles).
I hope you are all keeping well! Christmas is coming up soon. Delegate if you have too much on your shoulders, and enjoy it!

High time I got 'Apophysis Glitches' off my front page!
It refers to an older version of Apophysis, though I expect it's still relevant. Maybe things will improve with Windows 7? Not that I'm rushing... I've had enough troubles with that laptop, and I'm not seeking out more before I have to!
I'm now using Apophysis 7X and 2.09; 7X is working well but 2.09 keeps crashing. It seems to crash less if I only have one variation checked in Options.
I don't mean this to turn into Apophysis Glitches II, though!

Hi StarLite, glad to see you here! I don't post much here, but I've been thinking of posting some pictures just to let people know I've not given up on my dA account. 
Same but opposite here .. I neglected caedes a bit for a while when I started experimenting here.. But I figured that the community there is wonderful and I decided not to leave it.
