StH: Starverse! Silver Redesign

Okay I lied I still have one or two left under my belt with the main cast lol. I’m still adding things to Blaze’s design but hopefully I’ll be able to get her uploaded soon.

So I did make some changes to Silver just because Sonic ‘06 is another one of those games that was a narrative disaster and is better off just being ignored completely pfft. And given that Sega still keeps inserting him everywhere despite that likely messing with the time/space continuum, things regarding him just continue to become more and more complicated. So just be aware that when I’m referring to him and Blaze, Sonic ‘06 and Sonic rush arent canon in the Starverse/Marked AU and that this is the version I’m referring to.

SO ANYWAY
WHAT CHANGES DID I MAKE??
Well I did write down a few of them within his refsheet (because there was a ton of empty space and I didnt feel the need to draw additional stuff around him. I may change that later if I think of anything to add tho.) but I’ll also outline some of the changes/headcanons here.
- Similarly to Shadow, I couldn’t resist making him another fluffy boi. With chest fur like that how could I not?
- I honestly didnt have many personal issues with his design as it was, but given that everyone else got an upgrade, He at least needed pants and additions to his gloves in order to feel complete lol.
- That said, I really brought out my inner TRON aesthetic for this one.
- His quills suck and I hated drawing them. Silver why are you so hard to draw?? My ability to draw him will likely change/improve eventually.
- He’s about 16 in the Starverse. But is still technically the youngest since he only just turned to that age (My headcanon is that 16 is the generally accepted age of independence among mobian youth, but not necessarily the age of adulthood. A lot of the time kids will leave home to explore at about this age so that they can find themselves and figure put who they are. But someone younger can leave home early if accompanied by someone 16 or older.) He’s really only younger than Sonic by about six-ish months.
