With Dignity - Found in Action

With dignity, the old Lady, that is a 43 year old class 110 with the serial 420, rolls towards Cologne central, passing a high speed ICE train travelling in the opposite direction.

As if she'd be saying "You might be the star now, but let's see how long you're gonna last...". I was really glad I could spot one of these old reliable classics still in service, not lost at the Bender but found in action

Strangely enough, and I were apparently in Cologne at the very same time, and he also managed to get a nice shot of the old girl. However, we didn't actually run into each other, as strange as that may be in retrospect We seem to have stayed at opposite ends of the station, Torsten staying mostly on the southern end, and myself keeping mostly to the northern one.
