Luna's Friends

The Lore of Equestria tells us that the stars aided Nightmare Moon in her escape. Some would view this as a malicious act... but as it turned out, as a result of this action, Luna was freed and returned to her natural state. Was it simply the wisdom of those stars that allowed the events to be set into motion that would lead her to herself again? And in long years on the moon, were those stars her only friends? Surely she has not forgotten them...

I was asked to draw Luna in my stream tonight... so I decided to paint her. I have not really done much canon art and that's a shame... so I'm glad I did this... I hope you enjoy.

The missing jewelry is intentional. I figured she doesn't wear her jewelry ALL the time, so I'd like to have an image of her that DIDN'T include it.
