Not quite yet, I could probably make something that looked pretty cool, but to get something that looked just like that it would take probably several months, most of my stuff takes weeks or months these days

Well, I don't expect you to do it so quicly, as in starting something like this today, but there are definitely tutorials on getting everything you see there, and it's pretty basic. To me, the most complex part of that image is the bike. Particle systems would handle the grass, tree leaves, and ground leaves. The picket fence could be an array...

It's all definitley feasible. And you can even get help for the modeling.

Its definitely do-able but to get photorealistic would be a sizable challenge. Would be a fun challenge though
