To cover 'Impact' first... This is a beautiful and eye-catching shot even in thumbnail size. The first thing that caught my eye was the light on the trees. You've chosen the perfect time of day where the light is truly bringing out the amazing orange/brown of the leaves! Also the leaf colour against the blue of the sky in the top right corner is very pleasing to the eye.
'Vision'... I can imagine you coming around a corner in the road and screeching to a halt to capture this amazing sight. If you planned it ahead of time, then more points to you still.
'Originality'... Well, I'm easier to please because we don't get autumn (fall) leaves views here so this is more spectacular to me, but the view of the trees with the orange tones also in the rocks is well-spotted and lovely, and not something you see every day.
'Technique'... The composition is beautiful, with skilled use of the rule of thirds, for the main tree, and the rock formations in particular. I love the sharpness of focus on the front tree and the rocks behind. They're probably mountains, so excuse me calling them rocks. The only small point I've marked down for is the dark area on the right towards the bottom. I do realise that this is natural with the light elsewhere, but do find it slightly a shame not to be able to see any detail there. I have mixed feelings about the yellow street sign, and a white square further forward that may be another, near the corner of the fence. I don't know what PMB software is - perhaps it may have been possible to edit these things out. Personal choice, I do appreciate.
Overall, it's a gorgeous photo - congratulations.
